He has used this potent formula to become a leader in every field of business that he has entered. Within the first 2 years his clothing line G.U.G.O.G.S.™ was carried both nationally and internationally. He is the owner of one of the leading real estate companies in Houston, (the 4th largest city in the US), and is also founder of the Houston Black Expo which is the largest African American tradeshow in Texas.
It all began for Jerome at the conclusion of his sophomore year in college. After listening to the advice of trusted advisors and other seemingly wise people he found himself working a job that he hated so he could achieve other peoples definition of success. Unwilling to compromise his happiness any further he decided to Get Up, Get Out, & Get Something and he started his own enterprise and hasn’t looked back since.
Jerome shows students how to motivate themselves, get unstuck and Get Up, Get Out, & Get Something to achieve their personal best in school and in life. Jerome uses stories from his journey that are so amazing that they seem unreal (but they are).
